年 5 月 1 日 開 始 實 行 ， 自 願 計 劃 為 一 個 週 年 計 劃 ， 由 每 年 的 5 月 1 日 至 翌
年 的 4 月 30 日 為 一 個 週 期 。 待 有 關 法 例 經 修 訂 後 ， 持 續 專 業 發 展 將 於 日 後
