Barrier free access facilities at the office premises of the Board Secretariat include lifts. Improvement works are being arranged to install other barrier free facilities in the premises such as accessible entrance and tactile guide path.  Special arrangement has also been made with the building management office to enable persons with disability to gain access to our office. Implementation of Five-day Week Duty Pattern for the Occupational Therapists Board Secretariat

The Secretariat of the Occupational Therapists Board will move to the five-day week duty pattern commencing from 1 January 2007. The new opening hours of the Secretariat and its registration office will be from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Mondays and 9:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. from Tuesdays to Fridays, with meal break fixed at 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.. Other service arrangements, e.g. handling of registration applications and correspondences to the Occupational Therapists Board by mail, payment of registration fees and other related expenses, handling of enquiries and complaints, etc. will remain unchanged and will be provided during the above-mentioned new opening hours.
