Barrier free access facilities at the office premises of the Council Secretariat include lifts. Improvement works are being arranged to install other barrier free facilities in the premises such as accessible entrance and tactile guide path.  Special arrangement has also been made with the building management office to enable persons with disability to gain access to our office.
